We believe in flat rate pricing so there are no surprises. Other companies lure you in with a low initial service call price and then nickel-and-dime you on everything. What they do not tell you is that they work on commission and only make money when they make a sell. So they may sell you items you may not need.
Our service fee for a service call covers the diagnostic and minor repair of your system. It includes replacement of damaged minor parts such as contactors, capacitors, relays, and hard start kits. It also includes adding up to 3lbs of 410A refrigerant, if needed. Our service fee does not cover any circuit boards, motors or modules, thermostats, gas valves, or major repairs. Those major replacements and repairs are offered at a reasonable price
